Our mission is to serve children from birth to age 12 five days a week year round. We offer part day programs, which we refer to as preschool and full-day programs, which we call daycare. We also have a before and after school program for children enrolled in the Marion City, Pleasant, River Valley and St. Mary school districts. During the summer we care for children who have completed kindergarten through the fifth grade all day through our “Summer Camp” opportunity.

We have been blessed with a dedicated, highly trained, and experienced staff that provides quality education and care for our children. You can get to know our lead teachers by clicking on the various program areas listed above.

Robin Rick is the Director of Epworth Preschool and Daycare, Inc. She has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Child Care Administration. Robin has served as director of Epworth Preschool & Daycare since 1986. In 1999, she was the recipient of the Ohio Association for the Education of Young Children Program Administrator Award. She and her husband Richard have three children Ricky, Leigh and Rusty who are all alumni of the preschool; and three grandchildren.
